Smoking has bad effects on the health of a smoker and of those who come in contact with cigarette smoke. The only way to prevent these health hazards is to quit smoking. It’s never too late to stop smoking, which could protect you and your family from many fatal diseases. That can be done by raising awareness of the seriousness of smoking. The first; the electric cigarette is the new solution for stopping smoking. The dependency of taste is removed by the electric cigarette by offering a selection of vapor flavors including the traditional dependency taste.
The visual dependency is satisfied with the electrical cigarettes ability to provide vapor with inhalation that mimics the appearance of cigarette smoke. Electronic cigarettes are deceiving the body's taste and deliver signals to the brain while the electronic cigarettes do not contain harmful substances. The second, government can help smokers to stop smoking by dealing with the department of health and human services, which oversees the CDC and, continues to partner with national, state and local agencies to provide programs aimed at dependency control. The national dependency control program helps to fund health departments nationwide in dependency use prevention, including an effort to protect the public from exposure to secondhand smoke through legislation, such as lobbying for smoking bans in public places. The government must inform people about the danger of smoking by showing short programs on the television about the negative effects of smoking and how it causes diseases that can kill the smoker. It also can spread some brochures about the dangers of smoking .Using the media to show the negative effect of smoking can be one of the ways to solve this problem. These are the strategies that will help people to stop smoking.
I am of the opinion that the Health Authority is imposing tough penalties on smokers who are smoking in public places and not allowed to smoke. The smoker must respect the laws and abide by them and must not smoke in places where there are families and children. And also governments and companies should act against smoking because it is harmful and not beneficial for the body and it causes disease and kills the same person and they should prevent the sale of anything tobacco-related to young people. As we can see, it’s easy to list possible solutions to stop smoking because everyone knows the solutions and problems in smoking.
